In Ghana we put eggs in stew not soup that's why the bolt driver didn't agree with you. Just that I learnt from my Nigerian friends that what we call stew in ghana is what you call soup. That's where the misunderstanding is. As for the heat. Ghana will show you pepper with the sun . There are parts of the country with light skinned people especially volta region and some Fantes. Enjoy your stay
