There are special places you can go to experience otters. Like a mountain lake in remote British Columbia, with a log cabin on the shore, blueberry bushes around the cabin, a floating dock out front where the air taxi can drop you off for a week, a rowboat out front too. Take your fishing gear too. Early in the morning a bunch of playing otters will swim by, making cute otter noises, rolling near the shore just cuz. Sometimes they leave the water and chase each other around the cabin and then back in the water. When they need a nap they may curl up on the dock in the sun and doze for ages. Evening is great there too, quiet and peaceful, sitting outside watching a moose come down to the opposite shore for a drink, and it's incredible how huge he is. And...
