On January 16, 2008 life as I once knew it changed. That's the day I discovered I had diabetes. Because of my family history with diabetes, I'm determined not let diabetes control my life and eventually cause me to have my toes, feet and legs amputated. This is my channel on how I have taken control of my lifestyle, and the practical changes I've made to maintain a relative healthy lifestyle all the while managing diabetes. My vlogs are a day in the life of me managing my health with an EKG (Eat healthy, Know your numbers, Get off the couch). Hopefully, this will inspire and assist a community of others, and others, to be more proactive and take ownership in managing their health.

It's a very good product for cleaning the engine. I leave it on and let it drip down by yourself. Also plastic.around

Now I have heard bad and good the dad is it will create a dirty sludge that gets into your spark plug lines because this stuff attracts a lot of dirt and dust after its put on
