Shohei’s contract should have been 2 billion dollars and that still would be a discount. Makes Soto’s contract look like a joke.

Murphy did the right thing walking Shohei after all, he can turn things around in the blink of an eye.

Ohtani is usually a pretty warm looking guy, but he came out to that came COLD, and eliminated the Brewers single handedly like he'd seen them kill his dog or something. Unbelievable

4 healthy, elite starting pitchers in the playoffs is a rare thing.

Ohtani's 700 million dollar contract seems like a bargain.

Brewers batted 14 for 119 against the Dodgers. .118 average.

The Brewers woke up Godzilla and he walked all over Milwaukee.

I think the reporter is struggling to describe what he just saw.

I guess the experts were right, the Brewers didn't have enough bats.
embracinglogic1744 (6 months ago)
Scoring one run in each of the four games definitely ain't (and didn't) gonna get it done.

Looks like varsity against a jv community college. If I was Seattle or Toronto I would be scared. Big time elite pitching and all stars everywhere.
ottojr1964 (6 months ago)
The Dodgers pitchers all got healthy at the right time

The Brewers are a team built for the regular season. That's about it

Fly the L flag.

Need to upgrade the offense but for multiple reasons they won't and it's sad

I don't thin this series said anything about the Brewers, the Dodgers are just that good. They have superstars but they play for the team they have talent everywhere, they have the right mindset, the right staff, the right head coach even when some guys are struggling the rest of the team can make up for it with ease. They're just on another level when they need to be.

They are missing experience. Game 1. Said it all. Mookie under pressure put up a clutch at bat and took a walk in a big moment and Turang swings at pitch at his head. One is calm and experienced and the other is anxious and overwhelmed.
