Noteworthy fact: “Entre a Mi Mundo” was released on May 6, 1992, and was Selena’s third studio album with EMI Latin, it was recorded at several studios, including Manny Guerra’s recording studio in San Antonio, Texas and produced with Selena’s brother A.B. Quintanilla III, who also wrote several of its songs. It was the album that helped Selena break through to mainstream success, reaching #1 on the US Billboard Regional Mexican Albums chart, The success of “Entre a Mi Mundo” led to Selena signing a crossover deal to record her first English-language album.
