A thing to keep in mind is this: North-American websites are generally busy, loads of boxes and text, European websites are very clean and calm, not many colours, Chinese websites are very busy, many colours, loads of text. It is all about what they think a good website look like.

Another thing: Most of the really cheap phones have a Mediatek chip in them. And while they do 2G and 3G just fine, GPS reception is unreliable on the vast majority of those chips, it is a bit hit and miss. Wifi is okay, but range is a bit limited.

If you use standard airmail, be aware that shipping it can take anywhere from 2 days to 8 weeks. But it is rare in my experience(and a spreadsheet kept by a few forummembers confirms this) to have anything over 6 weeks. 22,5% goes over 2 weeks shipping.(But that is to the EU).

In my case it just booted, detected the network of the sim, and put it all in Dutch and asked me if I wanted these settings.

My Bedove X21 and Huawei came with the Google Play in Dutch, just like my phone was. Probably because standard Android.

oppo is like people says in France "une tuerie"... the best phone so far at the moment.

I have used Dealextreme and Buyincoins and was pleased with both. Have heard good things about Banggood, Fastcardtech, Merimobiles, Pandawill. Geekbuying seems to be so-so, and Android-sale has quite a few bad reviews, some okay.

Hi There the Premium is actually called the Elite now the site I ordered this from was Aliexpress look for reliable source with good feed back and top stars. but the Elite comes with 1.5Ghz MTK6589T chip Quad core the screen is FULL HD better then the Xperia Z by far and with 2gb RAM you aint going wrong plus this is dual sim mirco sim and normal sim the 2gb ram version has 32gb phone memory and internal 4gb and also external can be added by Mirco SD card. I'm Happy with it!!!
