We met 7 years ago in the most unexpected way. Her family didn’t know I was coming to “see” her for an arranged match. I walked in and found her cleaning the house with her mum—messy nightdress, shorts, broom in hand! 😂 No makeup, no fancy, just pure panic on her face. That raw, unfiltered moment made me think instantly: “Aa j chokri joiye chhe!” And I said YES to the girl in the cleaning outfit.
