Alto 800 - 40 BHP and can pull 5 people easily till 100kmph. Tata Nano - 35 BHP can pull 4 heavyweight champions till 90kmph, Bajaj Maxima Z auto - 8 BHP can pull 4 people till 50kmph easily, Mahindra Jeeto S6 - 16 BHP can pull 600kg (7 heavy adults + 1 driver) load till 60Kmph easily. So, it all depends how much you want to pull at what speed, am sure with 71 BHP Triber can pull 7 adults + 100kg payload till 100kmph, beyond which will cry. So, cruising at 80-90 should not be an issue and with today's traffic, better we go slow as even NCAP crash tests are done at 60KMPH. I would say Triber is practical for an practical Indian buyer.

I don't understand why Renault would give fixed head rest in the front seats when the back seats have adjustable headrests...

Recently bought it. A budget car, but it has value for money. Made an 800km run with all seats occupied and the car did not disappoint at all. In fact, I felt the car is powerful enough for long drives and I hardly pressed acceleration and it easily reached 100 and above on highway. A must buy vehicle in point of view. Did not expected much from the 999cc engine but it is great.

Renault Triber is the best car, as per the price and features. Mahindra, Tata and Maruti should come up with this type of car at this low price.
