In 2018, Reese returned to his hometown to bring his insight, comedy and commentary to morning news in creating and hosting the Emmy Award Winning Get Up DC and Open Mic with Reese Waters, and The Reese Waters Radio Show.

They got rid of all "DEI" centers at my university, including the womens center. I don't know how many conservative barbies I heard being like "but that's not dei, why'd they get rid of that?". The leopards are starting to feast, and these women are like "but I thought that leopard was a vegetarian!"

The funny part is that DEI basically just meant that employers couldn't exclude their work force preference to only white men. It's a shame that we are losing access to much more qualified people, but on the other hand, it's quite refreshing to see how much "equality" is biting back.

As a professor at an elite liberal arts college, I was privy to who got boosts through DEI Initiatives. Yes, the hyper visible DEI were black and brown. But a lot of poor whites--many of them women--got scholarships and admissions through DEI programs. But the white kids had the luxury of remaining invisible and unstigmatized.

I am a white woman with autism and ADHD (Audhd) and it was hard enough getting a job that barely gives me hours while mass applying to jobs, but I barely hear back because of the AI systems they use.

As a Black Woman Air Force veteran I experienced racism and bigotry directed at me from the majority. As the only pipe liner that passed our country’s certification out a class of 35. In 2010 and a pool of 250K people I scored higher than 1.38. That means only a few hundred tested higher than me throughout a pool of majority YT people. Throughout my career I routinely scored higher than everyone in almost all the courses I took. Whenever they tried to test my level or birth of knowledge I routinely scored perfectly. It made me a shift leader as an E-3 over staff that encompassed E-3 to E-6. As far as the scores that were Air Force wide I only studied for two days because someone made me mad. Ultimately no one was going to make me lose an opportunity when the standard was knowledge based. Smh

You know what just became apparent to me? This had to happen. The only way to stop the ignorance of the DEI, affirmative action rhetoric is for Trump voters to feel the pain of their decision 1st hand. Great lesson if you ask me.

My grandfather was a DEI hire. He was a veteran and got a nasty head injury. He was comatose, had to relearn how to walk and talk, the whole 9 yards.
