This Sting got a lot of hate....why? I personally loved the Joker Sting. It was different, and Steve Borden had the guts to change it up a bit, just like he did back in 96. Good on him

I wonder where this gimmick comes from....it's so original i can't even begin to understand where it's from.

Who thinks sting should be the joker in the next batman film? He does it so well here

I still like this better for Sting rather than the WCW theme. This fits him more in my opinion. It comes off more of him being able to be himself instead of playing a hard character like his WCW theme.

I think the funniest thing is that a lot of the people who hate this gimmick, complaining that it was just a rip off of Ledger's Joker forget that Stings most iconic gimmick was based on Brandon Lee's The Crow! Agreed, it's not the best gimmick ever, and not a patch on WCW/NWO era Sting, but it's entertaining.

Joker Sting was awesome

His Crow Sting might have been one of the best gimmicks ever. His fued with the NWO from May of 1996 (didnt debut crow sting till october) was one of the reasons WCW owned 1997 ratings wise. It pretty much ended at starcade 1997 but stilll one of the best gimmicks of all time.
