Had a great show at the Jazz Cafe last night. Hung out after the show with friends new and old. Pictured are Luke Haines, Tim Wheeler from Ash and Bernard Butler, late of Suede and many solo adventures. Had a lovely conversation. Then they stood on the sidewalk and mocked my inability to load the van correctly. - Peter

I used to work in a bar in Russia, and we would play this song every time we were having a great shift. Always cheered everyone up, and this became a custom. Everyone would scream it along, and sing it when we were having drunk aftershift parties. Those days are long gone, but this song never fails to pick me up when I need it.

My father is dying. I sorted through his albums and CD's. This band is the only one he collected in whole in both medias. It's true art, I can appreciate his respect for their music.

It's valentine's day Today 2026. Again I spent it in my blankets. I keep telling people that I don't celebrate it cause it's stupid. I LIE. I never have anyone to spend it with.. Hope everyone is where they wish they were.
