I like how they say "GRAPHIC VIDEO" in the title, but they go ahead and show the woman in the thumbnail. That is like saying "SPOILERS" in the title and then showing the god damn spoiler in the thumbnail and the title. This doesn't bother me, but If you're going to give a warning for it being graphic, don't show the graphic content in the god damn thumbnail.
